Sulfur is one of the antioxidants in wine, it is naturally present in grapes. Not adding it forces us to always control the atmosphere around the grape juice and the wine.
From this process came the idea to call this cuvée “Atmosphere”.
Enjoy its smoothness and richness as an aperitif. With its brilliant deep garnet color. The nose of ripe currants and blueberries is very expressive. On the palate, it is a very nice balance between energetic and lively fruits and pleasant and round tannins.
